Program Dev
As a past leadership development manager, I helped design, launch, and manage a fellowship program. I developed and incorporated curricula, recruited participants, and guest facilitators.
CURRICULUM
My teaching experience in a variety of non-traditional settings constantly inspires me to be creative and engaging when developing curriculum. I create and align materials to learning objectives and weave in adaptability for participant size, technology, and feedback.
Facilitation
I love a challenge: I’ve facilitated workshops for mixed groups, including established professionals alongside college and graduate students. I’ve also facilitated engaging (and sometimes live virtual) workshops for incarcerated, adult education, and high school students.
